We want to offer a space to help people engage in practices that are  beneficial to all and that help to create a regular rhythm of practicing presence.

We recognise that people will connect to this in different ways and we want to respect that and offer opportunities accessible to all.  Everyone is welcome to each session.

On each morning session we will open up at 8am and meditation will start at 8.15 and finish no later than 8.45, at lunch times we will be open from 12.00 with the meditation starting at 12.30 and finishing by 1.00

We ask everyone to be punctual so we can start on time, we will close the doors before we start to avoid any disruptions.

As we are trying to create a quiet meditative space unfortunately we are not able to cater for babies and children at this time.

After each session Tea and Coffee will be available.
